Laurel Croft

2 affordable homes available on a shared ownership basis

This new build scheme by local builder Snell Developments is located in the beautiful rural location of Embsay. Close to Skipton town centre and within walking distance of the town centre with its range of shops and restaurants.

The Parish Council has received notice that the two affordable shared ownership homes, which have been made available on the Laurel Croft development are to be marketed via Carling Jones, Skipton on behalf of Craven District Council. The Rural Housing Enabler will be in touch with all those of you who registered an interest in affordable properties in the parish, via the Housing Needs Survey which was conducted in 2016.  The Parish Council has been advised that this was a registration of interest only and not a waiting list.  The homes will be sold on a first come first serve basis to those with a local connection, with priority in the first instance to those living in Embsay and Eastby who have also completed the Help to Buy application.
