You are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of Embsay with Eastby Parish Council, to be held on

June 8th 2022, at 7:30 PM in the Village Institute, Supper Room, Main Street Embsay for transacting the business on the agenda below.

 1.    APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE

To report, approve and record apologies for absence (and the reasons) from members of the Parish Council.

 2.    DECLARATION OF ANY PERSONAL OR FINANCIAL INTERESTS

In accordance with the requirements of the process for dealing with member’s standards matters, to disclose and declare all personal or financial interests including those of a partner/spouse on any Agenda item (as recorded in the Register of Member’s Financial and Other Interests form).

 3.    APPLICATIONS FOR DISPENSATIONS

To consider and grant any applications from members who may have a personal/financial interest in a specific matter under consideration.

 4.    MINUTES & MATTERS ARISING FROM LAST ORDINARY MEETING NOT BEING LISTED SUBSEQUENTLY AS SEPARATE AGENDA ITEMS.

To consider and approve the minutes of the last meeting of the Parish Council held on 9th March 2022 (circulated) update on any outstanding actions not on the agenda.

In accordance with the Parish Council’s approved Public Participation Scheme, to allow members of the public an opportunity to ask questions and/or to make statements relevant to the activities and responsibilities of the Council and on local community issues (time restricted to up to 15 minutes)
